  • UK Orders: All UK orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

  • International Orders: For international orders, delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Processing Time: All orders placed before 10 AM GMT on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

We use trusted, reliable shipping carriers to deliver your products safely and on time. For UK orders, we use carriers like Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes. For international orders, we work with trusted international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure your orders reach you without hassle.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website to stay up-to-date on the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Address

  • UK Orders: There are no additional charges for UK customers. All prices are inclusive of VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.

  • International Orders: As we offer free shipping internationally, there are no additional shipping charges. However, depending on your country, customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.
