Refund policy

At Ultra Shoppings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

  • It should be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us at raoameerhamzauk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • You’ll be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

  • Please do not send the product back until you have received return instructions.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted:

  • You will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

  • Free returns for UK customers. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Contact us at raoameerhamzauk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We’ll evaluate the issue and either offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, no questions asked. The item must be in the same condition it was received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or rejected. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
