All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment clearance.
Please note that during sale periods or peak seasons (like Black Friday or Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

We are happy to ship both within the United Kingdom and internationally.

3. UK Delivery Details

Remote Areas (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles): Delivery to these UK areas may take 2-3 additional business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your Ultra Shoppings account.

What If I'm Not Home? The carrier will usually leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
International Delivery Details

Shipping Cost: We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00 USD for all orders shipped to any country outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times: International shipments typically take between 7 to 21 business days to arrive. Please be aware that these times are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occur in customs.

Customs & Import Taxes: For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Ultra Shoppings has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the full value of the order on customs forms.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your Ultra Shoppings account.
5. What If I'm Not Home?
Most of our carriers will leave your parcel in a safe place (like your porch or with a neighbour), or they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
You can often specify delivery preferences (e.g., "leave in shed") directly with the carrier using the tracking link provided.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Ultra Shoppings is not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately at Raoameerhamzauk@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.
